Wieczorem z kolei postanowiłam upiec babeczki z budyniem. Było to moje drugie wypiekowe marzenie (pierwsze to było ciasto z budyniem), ale tak jak tamto mi wyszło (a nawet lepiej niż wyszło…) to z tymi babeczkami zrobiła się niezła rozruba. Otóż o tym całym wyrabianiu ciasta, wyklejaniu nim foremek itp., które zajęło mi mnóstwo czasu okazało się, że w piekarniku wykipiał mi budyń! :( Przez to musiałam wyjąć babeczki wcześniej -> od spodu ciasto jest niedopieczone. Jakoś autorka przepisu nie wspomniała, że może zaistnieć taka sytuacja. Ale najgorsze jest to, że muszę je wszystkie teraz SAMA zjeść (nie ma rodziców, a siostra nie je słodyczy) :(
